Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unworn, Unwashed & Unaltered – Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
✔ Original Packaging – Items should be returned in their original packaging.
✔ Proof of Purchase – A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards and promotional items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges for the same item. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

- Ship Your Item: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
